Portesham Village Hall
Currently, lockdown activities are limited to the Post Office (Thursdays 11.00 - 13.00) and Portesham Surgery's vaccination clinics (variable times).
The maximum number the Hall is permitted to hold, under the Covid regulations, is 37, seated 2 metres apart unless living in the same household. For exercise classes, the maximum permitted is 15. Exercise classes and sporting activities which might lead to social interaction among people from different households are not currently permitted.
We are safeguarding our Covid Secure status by placing certain restrictions on hiring. We are limiting the number of groups using the Hall at any one time; normally hiring only the Main Hall and not allowing any food or refreshments to be brought in, apart from bottled drinks.
The kitchen, Ron Doble and Hardy rooms and main toilets are all closed but the disabled toilet, off the foyer, may be used.
Please note: Government regulations require everyone to wear a face covering while in the Hall, except when drinking or exercising.
We are following guidance set down by ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England),
